Conference Room Rentals

Members of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce can rent the Chamber’s conference rooms at the affordable rates listed below.  Next time you have a business meeting or employee training session, consider using your conference room at the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. 

Guidelines: In order to provide quality meeting facilities for our members, we ask all groups to comply with the following guidelines:

• If at all possible, room reservations must be made two weeks in advance.  Payment must be received within 5 days of booking.  No refunds.

• Room can only be reserved at full-day (over 4 hours) or half-day (up to 4 hours) rates.

• Friday evening and weekend rentals are charged at double the regular rates. 

• Member is responsible for making coffee and setting up room in the configuration required for their meeting.

• Rates include coffee.

• A refundable $50 cleaning deposit is required.  Please make this payment separate from the room fee.  Deposit check will be returned if conditions are met. 

• After use, tables, chairs an counter tops must be neatly arranged and free of trash or other debris. Tables and counters must be wiped down.

• Coffee pots must be rinsed and cleaned inside and out.
