Through the process of creating five different membership tiers, the cost-per-member benchmark was determined to be $750 per member per year. This is how much the Salem Chamber spends, per member, to do what our members ask us to do in the Salem area.
Even though, as a business owner or manager, you would never offer a product or service below your cost of service, the Chamber still offers membership packages at a price below our cost-per-member because one of our goals is to offer services to all members, regardless of size or ability to pay. |
