Leadership Salem: With over twenty years of successful leadership development, this two-year program continues to effectively inspire and motivate its participants toward community service as they gain an understanding of community infrastructure and issues.

Leadership Youth: All youth have leadership potential!  Learn more about this award-winning youth program designed to connect and engage area youth with the community.

Education Leadership Institute (ELI): Learn how Chamber members are connecting, supporting and equipping outstanding regional educators with insight into employability and community service issues.

Executive Leadership Council: This council of roughly 50 businesspeople meets quarterly and are the lead sponsor of the Salem Chamber's Leadership Youth program.
