Eligibility:
You
may register to vote if you meet the following requirements:

A resident of Oregon

A United States citizen

18 years of age or older
You may register to vote before your 18th birthday or before you are sworn in as a United States citizen. In order to register under these conditions, you must turn 18 or be sworn in as a United States citizen during the 20-day period immediately before the election.
Registering
to Vote:
You may register to vote by filling out a registration form through the
link provided above, in person at the county
elections office, or at a designated state agency, including the Department
of Motor Vehicles. You must re-register to
vote every time your address changes, your name changes, or if you wish to
change your party affiliation. If your handwriting changes significantly,
you may want to re-register to ensure that the signature on your ballot
return envelope will match the signature on your voter registration card.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION FOR NEW VOTERS:
If you are registering to vote in
Oregon for the first time and are mailing this form via the United States
Postal Service, you are required to provide identification.
Acceptable forms of identification include a copy of your current, valid
photo identification, or a copy of a paycheck stub, utility bill, bank
statement, or government document showing your name and address
Please include this identification when mailing your completed voter
registration form.
