Get Involved in Your Neighborhood Association
There are currently 19 active Neighborhood Associations in the City of Salem forming opinions and taking positions on issues that impact your area of the City.

Residents within each Neighborhood Association (NA) can benefit by gaining knowledge and building relationships with businesses located close by. All businesses located within each Neighborhood Association can have active participants attending these meetings.

The Salem Chamber is asking businesses throughout the City to identify employees within your company that may have interest in being a part of regularly scheduled Neighborhood Association meetings.

The monthly time commitment is typically 90 minutes - 2 hours during a weekday evening. Time of the month varies depending on the neighborhood.

Take a couple quick and easy steps to start building that relationship with your neighboring residents.

Action Steps:

1. Email the Salem Chamber and let us do the leg work to get you contact information and scheduling for your Neighborhood Association. All we need is your business address.

2. Once you have received contact information for the Chair of your Neighborhood Association, connect your business representative and the Chair with each other.

Getting your business involved in the neighborhood is an easy step to building relationships with residents that can be your partners in moving forward.
